Minority Veteran Program

The VA Butler Healthcare is proud to introduce Tod Conner as the Minority Veteran Program Coordinator.  Tod is here to support and initiate activities that educate and sensitize internal staff to the unique needs of minority veterans.  In addition he targets and participates in outreach activities, educational and informational forum utilizing community networks.
