| The Health Promotion & Disease Prevention Program is happy to offer Veteran fitness classes. There will be NO CHARGE to Veterans to attend the fitness classes. This is made possible by grant funding. The fitness classes will be held on Mondays & Wednesdays from 3:45pm – 5:00pm in the auditorium located in building one at VA Butler Healthcare. In addition to the actual exercise, Veterans will be instructed on how to exercise safely. Did you know?…….Physical activity is not only an effective way to lose weight, it’s also a great way to increase your energy levels. Having energy to enjoy life is probably the best reason to exercise!
