VA Butler Healthcare

Volunteer or Donate

VA Butler Healthcare depends on the goodwill of our benefactors and volunteers who wish to give something back to America's heroes. Our volunteers are an integral part of the day-to-day operations.

Volunteering
Volunteers provide many important functions throughout the facility and help make our patients' stay more enjoyable. Volunteers can perform a number of services, and a volunteer's talents are closely matched with one of our many assignments. To volunteer, call or visit the VA Butler Healthcare Voluntary Service Office.

Volunteering Assignments
Volunteering is a personal decision and the days and hours are at the volunteer's discretion. While some volunteer opportunities have specific timeframes, most are flexible and conform to the availability of the person. Below is a list of some of the ways you can volunteer.

  • Volunteer Driver
  • Patient Escort
  • Clerical/Office Assistant
  • Patient Companion
  • Adult Day Health Care
  • Pharmacy Assistant
