SAIL (Stay Active & Independent for Life) Class
Stay Active & Independent for Life (SAIL) classes are offered weekly on Thursdays at 11am.
SAIL is a strength, balance and fitness program for older adults.
Performing exercises that improve strength, balance and fitness is the single most important activity adults can do to stay active and reduce their chances of falling.
SAIL is an evidence-based program approved by the Administration for Community Living (ACL).
The classes are provided free of charge to our Veterans, but Veterans must pre-register before attending classes. To pre-register, contact VA Butler's Patient Centered Care Coordinator/HPDP Program Manager at 878-271-6484.
