VA Butler Healthcare and the Pittsburgh Regional Office to Host Claims Clinic and Town Hall for Local Veterans
What: VA Butler Healthcare and the Pittsburgh Regional Office of the Department of Veterans Affairs are hosting a claims clinic and town hall meeting. Attendees will be able to meet face to face with claim representatives and receive assistance with the claims filing process.
During the town hall, Veterans and the community are invited to provide feedback and address any questions with VA staff. VA Butler’s Director will also share important information about the VA’s Secretary’s top priorities and how VA Butler Healthcare will ensure Veterans continue to get high quality care.

The Town Hall Meeting will begin at 10am

Background: The claims clinic is one of many VA is holding around the country. The meetings are intended to provide local Veterans, their families and survivors a face to face meeting and for VA officials to hear directly from beneficiaries as a step toward improvement and to rebuild trust among Veterans. The Pittsburgh Regional Office is one of 56 around the country whose focus is financial benefits for eligible Veterans and their families, such as disability compensation for service-related injuries or illnesses, pension for lower-income disabled and senior citizen Veterans and their survivors, as well as education, home loan and life insurance benefits.
The Town Hall Meeting is intended to provide local Veterans an additional forum to dialogue with VA staff, provide feedback, and address any questions.
