VA Butler Healthcare will be offering H1N1 vaccine clinics to Veterans at the facility’s main campus and at other community locations within the facility’s service area. Below is a schedule of H1N1 clinic dates, times and locations. Veterans not currently registered at the facility, or who have not received the flu vaccine from the VA in previous years, must bring a copy of their DD 214 as verification.
